Welcome to ClamQuest, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using our DueBell mobile application, website (www.clamquest.com or www.clamquest.app), or related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using or accessing the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions DueBell is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian approval to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their child's use of the Services.

Permitted Use You may use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations;

• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful content;

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;

• Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes;

• Impersonate others or engage in abusive or harassing behavior;

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.

In-App Purchases DueBell offers optional, one-time tip purchases to support ongoing development. These are not subscriptions, they do not renew or recur. Purchases are billed through your Apple ID at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. ClamQuest, LLC does not collect or store any payment or billing information. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. ClamQuest, LLC has no authority to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. ClamQuest, LLC reserves the right to change pricing or discontinue purchase options at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Data and Privacy Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. DueBell does not collect, transmit, or share your data externally. All data is stored locally on your device. Any data shared externally happens only when initiated by you, such as exporting your task list.

Reminders and Notifications DueBell schedules reminders using Apple's local notification system. Delivery of reminders is subject to iOS system limits and conditions outside our control, including Do Not Disturb, Focus modes, Low Power Mode, notification permissions being revoked, or the device being off. We do not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered, and you should not rely on DueBell as the sole safeguard for medical, safety-critical, or otherwise time-critical matters.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including errors, interruptions, missed reminders, or data loss. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on liability, so this may not apply to you.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClamQuest, LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Third-Party Services and Links The Services may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We do not control or endorse third-party content or practices and disclaim liability related to those services.

Updates to Terms We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new effective date on our website or within the app. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
